Handmade Heaven Gift Vouchers
We offer a gift voucher service to purchase any of our products online.
This includes items currently listed for sale and/or commissions.
The voucher will be added to a PayPal shopping cart and will be subject to our gift voucher
terms and conditions*. Each voucher carries a charge of £1.50 to cover the voucher and p&p.
*Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:
- By default, our gift vouchers and invoices are sent directly to the purchaser (you). At the
time of checkout, should you like the voucher to be sent directly to the recipient, we require
that their name and address be added to the 'buyer comments' box. The gift voucher will then
be sent to the recipient via recorded post and the invoice sent to you via standard post.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Each voucher will have
an expiry date and a unique number and code that will be required upon checkout.
- Gift vouchers are redeemable only for merchandise found online
at http://www.handmadeheaven.biz/.
- They cannot be redeemed for cash, nor returned once purchased, and any unused balance
can be redeemed only for store credit by the recipient for a future purchase (within the alloted
time frame, before the voucher expires).
- If only a partial amount of the gift voucher is used in the transaction, credit will be issued for
any unused balance and the recipient must pay postage and packing fees on subsequent transactions. P&P costs will be deducted from the gift voucher value in the first sale only.
- Should the transaction amount exceed the gift certificate amount, the recipient must pay
the balance using PayPal or an offline alternative. The item will not be sent until payment is
remitted in full.
