It's easy
Just browse through the website and decide what you'd like to purchase from us. You can buy as much or as little as you like. We don't have any limits on what you can buy.

We like to keep things simple, so all you need to do is add the items you'd like to buy to your 'shopping cart' using the 'add to basket/buy now' buttons. We'll work out the total price you need to pay. Our default payment method is a quick, easy and secure online system using the PayPal service. 

If you would like to pay by any other method (perhaps you prefer paying 'offline'), contact us and we'll help you with alternative transaction arrangements.  

As soon as your payment is cleared, we'll mark on our site the items that you've bought from us as 'sold', so there's no need to worry about someone else trying to buy your goods.


It's safe with PayPal

PayPal is a system to pay for goods online, securely and quickly. You don't even need a PayPal account to use it. You can pay with any debit/credit card. Click here to find out more about using PayPal.

Ordering from outside the UK
We welcome orders from overseas customers and are very happy for you to place an order with us. Buying from outside the UK is just as easy as the standard method. Our new shopping cart facility calculates the additional shipping to addresses outside the UK. Add items to your shopping cart then let us know where your purchases are heading and everything should be calculated for you.


Quantities
For ease of purchase, our online shop uses a PayPal shopping cart (or 'basket'). When you click an 'add to basket/buy now' button that item will be added to your basket. The stock levels should be shown next to each item. For commission pieces, the products are 'unlimited' and are listed as 'In stock: yes', however we usually require some time to make up commission orders so please be patient. Sold items are listed as 'out of stock' but there is usually a link to contact us should you wish to commission something similar.


Packaging
You can be safe in the knowledge that we will do everything we can to ensure your purchases arrive in the best condition. We use quality packaging materials to protect our goods enroute so items arrive with you looking as good as they did when they left our studio. All items are marked 'fragile' if your order contains breakable items.


P
ostage
We send all our products to you using the best postal method for that item. For example: art cards are sent via first class post, lightweight but more expensive items (such as jewellery) are sent via special delivery, whereas the more heavier items (such as large volumes of glass art) are sent via courier. Postage, packaging and handling costs are automatically calculated within the shopping cart. Should you like extra insurance for your purchase, please contact us
before paying. Items are posted Monday-Friday. Postage may be adjusted if you buy multiple items. Email us.


Products on our website

Please be aware that colours of actual products may differ slightly from on-screen colours. Monitor settings vary from computer to computer. We do try to represent each item for sale as accurately as possible regarding detailed descriptions and a range of photography styles. We aim to give you as clear an idea of what you're going to receive as we can. Should you require any further details or photographs to help you visualise any product, please don't hesitate to contact us.


Custom orders and commissions

If you're after something similar to an item we've already made, but say, in different colours please contact us to discuss a custom-made order. We also welcome requests for specially commissioned pieces. For more details on commissions, please see our Terms and Conditions.


Wholesale orders

We are happy to work with galleries and retail outlets who would like to sell our work wholesale. Please email us to discuss your requirements/wholesale pricing.


Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt. Contact us straight away. We're happy to rectify any problems you may have. We'll offer a full refund*.

We are sorry but we cannot refund any postage costs.


*provided it arrives back with us as well packaged as it was when sent to you and is in a resaleable condition. Deposits paid for commissions cannot be refunded.
